Air traffic volume starts to recover as 65% compared to pre Covid-19
marking the largest domestic air traffic ever
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, Minister WON Hee-ryong) announced
that as a result of tallying on the air traffic volume in 2022, a total of 539,000 aircrafts
using the domestic airway (1,479 per day on average) increased by approximately 16%,
compared to the previous year.
