The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, Minister WON Hee-ryong) revealed that Vice Minister EO Myeong-so of the MOLIT would be visiting Incheon International Airport on the Friday afternoon of 19 May and meeting with relevant officials in aviation industry, including CIQ agencies (customs, immigration, and quarantine), Incheon International Airport Corporation, airlines, and aircraft ground handlers, etc. to check implementing achievements and plans for each area of major government projects.
This visit is made on the occasion of the first anniversary of the inauguration of the current government to inspect the achievements in the 'Normalization of Aviation', which is one of the major government projects, while requesting thorough security checks to screeners working at airports, as well as listening to the voice of the fields from food & beverage stores that are having difficulty in recruiting.
