The Metropolitan Transport Commission (MTC; Chairperson KIM Yong-seog) under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT; Minister KIM Yun-duk) announced that the All K-Pass program will be available nationwide starting February 4, enabling public
transportation users across the country to receive fare refunds ranging from 20% to 53.5% for the basic version of the K-Pass program, while the All K-Pass is providing a fixed-amount of refunds on public transportation expenses exceeding a present monthly threshold of KRW
30.000 to 100,000.
With the signing of agreements on February 3 with 11 additional local governments in Jeollanam-do and Gyeongsangbuk-do that had not
previously participated the All K-Pass program now encompasses all 229 local governments nationwide. This milestone completes the
program as a universal public transportation welfare policy accessible to all citizens.
