The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT, Minister KIM Yun-duk) announced that Korea and China agreed to increase
bilateral air traffic rights by a total of 70 weekly flights during the Korea–China Air Talks held in Seoul from May 27 to 28.
As a result of negotiations, the range of flight options available to travelers between Korea and China is expected to expand significantly on
high-demand routes, including Shanghai and Guangzhou, while network between Korean regional airports and major Chinese cities also
broadened.
* 10 Chinese cities, including Guangzhou, Chengdu, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Kunming, Xi’an, Urumqi, Harbin, Shenyang, and Yanji.
** 4 Chinese airports, including Tianjin, Zhengzhou, Ezhou, and Hefei, with Ezhou and Hefei newly added this time
