- 2026 APEC Smart Mobility Forum brings together government representatives and experts in Seoul

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT; Minister HONG Jee-sun) hosted the 2026 APEC Smart Mobility Forum in Seoul
from 14 to 16 October. Government representatives and experts from APEC economies explored ways to expand cooperation in smart
mobility amid advances in AI and autonomous driving.
The forum built on the APEC Smart Mobility Recommendations developed at the inaugural forum hosted by Korea last year. Representatives from ten APEC member economies shared their policy experiences and expertise. Discussions focused expanding practical cooperation by
linking policy, operations and technology.
