Korea Pursues Expanded Transport Infrastructure Partnership with Malaysia

A delegation from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT), led by Vice Minister for Transport KANG Hee-up and under the direction of Minister KIM Yun-duk, visited Malaysia for two days from 9 December to pursue enhanced cooperation in the transport infrastructure sector focused on expanding collaboration in key areas including Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and Light Rail Transit (LRT), with the aim of supporting Korean companies’ participation in major Malaysian transport projects and strengthening bilateral ties in the field of mobility innovation.
