Minister KIM Yun-duk of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) engaged in discussions with MOLIT’s frontline staff members at a town hall meeting held at the Sejong Government Complex on March 30, where approximately 200 employees from headquarters and affiliated agencies gathered to openly exchange ideas on organizational culture reform, including reducing unnecessary administrative work and dismantling bureaucratic practices, as part of broader efforts to build a more efficient, responsive, and publicly trusted ministry.
