Minister KIM Yun-duk of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) participated in the completion ceremony of a 35-story large-scale multi-purpose complex within Starlake Hanoi New City on April 22, which is part of a Vietnamese urban development project launched in 2006, and encouraged Korean companies, including Daewoo E&C, for successfully delivering a new landmark valued at approximately USD 400 million through full-cycle participation spanning planning, investment, construction, and operation across office, hotel, and commercial facilities.
