Vice Minister for Land and Infrastructure KIM Yi-tak of MOLIT met with Vice President of Knowledge & Information Products Cris Turner from Google’s Government Affairs & Public Policy on April 24 in Seoul to discuss strengthening bilateral cooperation in AI-driven geospatial information, urban development, and transport innovation, following Google’s proposal for the meeting after Korea’s decision last February to approve its map data transfer request.
