MOLIT Minister Expands Dialogue with Investors in Saemangeum and the Honam Region

Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport KIM Yun-duk attended a business roundtable with companies operating in Jeonbuk State and the Saemangeum area both on 22 July and held meetings with business leaders on 22 and 23 July, pledging government support for mutually beneficial cooperation between investing companies and local businesses and discussing ways to connect large-scale regional investment with sustainable local growth. The meetings were arranged as part of the government’s locally driven growth strategy and its three national mega-projects aimed at establishing Saemangeum and the Honam semiconductor cluster as new pillars of balanced national development.
