Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport PARK Sang-woo attended the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM) 2024 co-hosted by the Korea Automobile Safety Association and the Korean Society of Traumatology on the night of 13 November to be in the discussion regarding the future of automotive safety policy.

The AAAM is a nonprofit international organization focused on reducing traffic accident fatalities through discussions on road and traffic safety, as well as medical and engineering responses by holding the international conference annually, and is being held from 11 to 14 November at the COEX in Seoul for the first time in Asian region this year under the theme "Empowering Safety for All Road Users: Navigating the Future with Advanced Vehicles in a Diverse Environment", bringing together over 400 domestic and international fields.
