Vice Minister for Transport BAEK Won-kug of the MOLIT (Minister PARK Sang-woo) paid a visit to the construction site of Daegok Station, where the general management office for the GTX-A Line will be located, on 2 August to inspect the construction status for the opening.
This route among the GTX-A lines includes the five stations (Unjeong Station in Paju-si, Kintex Station, Daegok Station, Yeonsinnae Station, and Seoul Station) and is planning to be opened by the end of this year as the trial runs commence from 5 August for full-scale preparations for the opening.
