Commissioner KANG Hee-up of the Metropolitan Transport Commission under the MOLIT attended the Fourteenth ASEAN and ROK Transport Ministers Meeting held in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR at 11:00 a.m. (1:00 p.m. KST) on Friday 10 November 2023 and adopted the Joint Declaration on Comprehensive Cooperation on Smart Mobility in the Future between ASEAN and Korea while presenting promotion strategies and implementation plans for Korean type of smart mobility.
