Vice Minister Eo of the MOLIT visited the construction site of Seongnam Station on the GTX-A line (Samseong-Dongtan) on Fri. 10 March to ask for timely opening through its thorough process and safety management in preparation for the thawing season while encouraging the officials at the site.

“During the thawing season, as the ground frozen in winter melts, the possibility of safety accidents such as collapse increases, etc., so it is a time when intensive safety management is needed”, he requested.

Adding, “While conducting thorough inspections of temporary facilities and so forth that are vulnerable to safety during the thawing season, it is required to pay special attention for the health and safety of site officials, who are working hard day and night for the opening of the GTX.”
