Korea-Indonesia Opens a New Paradigm for Bilateral Cooperation

On Thu. 16 March, Minister WON Hee-ryong of the MOLIT co-hosted the 'Korea-Indonesia New City Cooperation Forum' along with the Agency for Multifunctional Administrative City Construction of Indonesia, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing of Indonesia, and the Nusantara Capital City Authority, at the Mulia Hotel in Jakarta to share innovative technology and the vision of infrastructure between the two countries.
At the cooperation forum on this day, 52 Korean companies* by field such as construction, smart city, mobility, culture, and IT participated as One Team Korea for Indonesia, together with the following public organizations, including Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation, Korea Land & Housing Corporation, Korea Water Resources Development Corporation, Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation, Korea National Railway, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, as well as related institutes such as International Contractors Association of Korea and Korea Housing Association, etc. to promote the technology and capabilities of Korean companies in Indonesia.
